Century Homes began with a simple idea: to build homes the right way, with care, honesty, and a genuine respect for the people living in them.

Founded by Luigj Ducaj after decades in the construction industry, the business was shaped by hands-on experience, strong relationships, and a clear understanding of what clients value most: trust, transparency, and a home that truly feels like their own.

As a family-owned business, those values carry through everything we do. It’s not just about delivering a finished home. It’s about the experience of getting there. Luigj Ducaj

Managing Director

Luigj has spent over 20 years in the construction industry, building his experience across both residential and commercial projects. He founded Century Homes with a clear goal to create a building

experience grounded in integrity and craftsmanship.
Known for his hands-on approach, Luigj stays closely involved in every project, working alongside clients and trades to ensure each home is delivered with attention and pride. For him, it’s not just about the end result, but creating homes that families can truly enjoy living in.

Simon Marsh

Design and Client Relationship Manager

With over 25 years of experience, Simon brings a calm, considered approach to custom home design. He enjoys working closely with clients, taking the time to understand how they want to live

and translating that into spaces that feel practical, comfortable, and well thought through. His background in both design and construction helps ensure ideas are not only inspiring, but achievable. Outside of work, Simon enjoys making the most of the South Australian lifestyle, often spending time by the coast or visiting local wineries with his partner and their two dogs.

Edon Ducaj

Project Manager

Edon grew up around construction, developing an early appreciation for the detail and care that goes into building a home. With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and hands-on

experience across projects, he plays a key role in keeping each build organised, consistent, and running smoothly. He works closely with clients and trades throughout the process, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of workmanship. Outside of work, Edon enjoys following the Adelaide Crows and spending time with friends.

Mariel Ducaj

Finance Manager

Mariel brings a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience across both professional services and banking. At Century Homes, he manages the financial side of each project,

helping ensure clarity, structure, and confidence from the outset. His thoughtful and organised approach supports both the team and clients throughout the journey. Outside of work, Mariel enjoys playing golf and is a dedicated supporter of the Adelaide Crows.
